5C Pictures
Today I took pictures at the other campuses (only because I have classes there, not because I actually was motivated to leave Mudd). Here's a picture of the troll elevator at Scripps that I took after Gender and SciFi.

I love finding small doors all over the place. There was once in Patrick's room last year, and there are doors in the stairwell in MIT's Building 13. They were locked, otherwise I would have explored them. Not really though, because I'd be afraid that scary trolls would jump out of them.
Here's a picture of a pretty tree on Pitzer's campus that I took after my Oscar Wilde class. There was also a bunny rabbit, but I wasn't fast enough to take a picture of it. That red thing in the corner is Ozzie's jacket.

Also in my Pitzer class, I found out that Pitzer has ghosts. One girl (who I think is really cool; a lot of the people in that class strike me as very individual and self-directed) said there's a ghost in her room, and she's stopped living there. She says that three other people have seen it and it's this black thing that goes from floor to ceiling. As a scientist, I find it hard to believe in supernatural stuff, but they all seemed to believe it. Huh...Apparently Scripps also has three ghosts. Good thing Mudd is so mundane and non-haunted.
In my Gender and SciFi class this morning, I talked to this nice girl who knits a lot. She told me that there are two yarn stores in the area, which I had no idea about! One's on Arrow Highway, just past Central next to the Sears Auto shop (map), and the other is down Mountain (the one to the east of us) at Baseline (map). I want to visit them now, but I must not spend money! What to do?
Fun filled evening planned for tonight. Dinner, then playing around with Shrinky Dinks and magnesium plates in typography, then Friends (the last surviving TV show I actually watch regularly), then work on CyberSense. Must do work!
It's Erin's brother Mark's 18th birthday today. He's barely legal now (I guess guys don't really get that label, do they?). There may be cake, which is exciting.
