It was sunny today, and I was in a better mood. Maybe weather really does play a part in how I feel. If that's the case, I should've gone to UCSB instead of MIT.

Oh yeah, happy Halloween. I feel bad for the little kids who have to trick-or-treat in the cold (I grew up in the warm California suburbs). Of course, I guess people around here live in apartment buildings, so maybe the kids can stay inside and still get candy.

Tomorrow November starts, and then there's only 9 days until Patrick visits! We're going to go out to dinner and explore and be really really happy for four whole days. It'll be great :)
